Eye Product Repair Fee Policy Effective 3-05, All 3rd Eye products returned for
repair that are beyond the 30 day warranty (logged and tracked) will be charged
a $25.00 minimum
repair fee paid in advance and shipped along with the returned unit. Some units
may require significantly higher repair cost and will be identified when
contacting 3rd Eye. 3rd Eye Technology is not responsible for units that
have been damaged due to: miss-handling, miss-use or abuse, i.e. broken
controls/components from dropping/excessive force, contact to electrical
internal components or consistent/repeated reverse polarity/incorrect hookup. Before returning product: Contact 3rd Eye for an RMA (return material
authorization) advance payment along with a description of the problem (do not return product without authorization). If product is returned without authorization and/or advance
payment, the unit will be held without notice until the above requirements are complied
with. After 10 days units will be the property of 3rd Eye,
refurbished then sold as used product. As always you can expect 3rd Eye to make reasonable and
flexible considerations in regards to this matter. Thank you, Howard
